Remove Old Shingles, Nails & Felt Paper
Your existing roof shingles, nails & felt paper will be removed and hauled away. Expect either a dump trailer on wheels or a driveway dumpster.

Repair Any Damaged Roof Decking
Most of the time, your existing roof decking should be in good shape. Depending on the job, you may need some sections of the decking to be replaced.

Install New Felt Paper & Ice Shields
Felt paper is the under lament beneath the shingles. It's used as a temporary moisture-barrier while your roof is being replaced.

Install Gutter Apron or Drip Edge
Both gutter aprons and drip edge are used for directing water off your roof and into your gutters. You will get the best option, based on your gutters.

Metal Valleys, Chimney & Wall Flashing
Choose between metal valleys or interlocking shingles. Both work the same! You'll also get new chimney & wall flashing, which provides a clean, finished look.
